The listed price for tune-ups and virus removals includes up to the first hour of remote service. If additional time is required, time beyond the first hour is billed at our standard on-site hourly rate based on the time and level of difficulty associated with more complex service requests. If the nature of the issue prevents it from being diagnosed or resolved through remote access, on-site service may be required. In that case, our standard on-site pricing applies, including the applicable service-call/arrival fee and standard hourly labor rate.
