Device Subscription Policy
Subscriptions are billed per protected device and include the monitoring, management, and features associated with the selected plan. Multiple user accounts, domain logins, work profiles, or user profiles on the same operating system count as one protected device. Each virtual machine (VM) or separately installed operating system is considered a separate protected device and requires its own subscription. On-site visits, hardware installation, major troubleshooting, and project-based services are billed separately unless expressly included in a written service agreement.
