- Backup your data to the cloud (we will install a free cloud backup software on your machine)

- Free Anti-virus protection software will be installed on your device if you don’t have one that came with your OS.
- Run all software and OS updates
- Check hard drive for errors/check performance/check CPU
- Run a full malware scan with an antivirus tool to check for viruses and remove if any is found.
