What’s covered?
- Install unattended host software on remote pc via email
- Backup your data if you have a local storage. If not, we can recommend one for you at your cost. Data recovery is not included with this plan
- Free Anti-virus protection software will be installed on your device if you don’t have one that came with your OS.
- Run all software and OS updates
- Check hard drive for errors/check performance/check CPU
- Run a full malware scan with an antivirus tool to check for viruses and remove if any is found.
- Delete unnecessary files (temp, program data, etc)
- Uninstall unused or unwanted programs (PUAs)
- Defrag Internal HDD or SSD
- Tech Support is unlimited during business hours only
