What’s covered?
- remote access targeted machine (one time access)
- Run a full malware scan with an antivirus tool to check for viruses. if a virus is or viruses are found we will do an on-demand removal at an additional cost.
- Run all software and OS updates
- Check hard drive for errors/check performance
- Delete unnecessary data files
- Uninstall potentially unwanted programs (PUAs)
- Defrag Internal HDD or SSD if necessary
- Disclaimer: data loss or corruption as a result of computer tune-up/cleaning is not our fault and thus subscribing to this service removes us/we/MTG from this liability.
